✅ No food or drinks on furniture, sofa, or carpet
✅ No pets allowed
✅ No parties or private events
✅ Please do not use anything labeled private
✅ Please turn off the firepit off a er usage for safety and put the lid on
✅ Please put away the outdoor furniture pillows a er usage
✅ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
✅Check-in / Check-out (please agree in advance with our local co-host Bart)
Care of the Home
✅ Any damage to the property may be chargedaccordingly
✅ All rubbish must be taken away from the house upon departure.
